At some point, most adults consider creating a sex tape with their partner. However, most of us don’t have the money to drop on a camera crew, so mobile phones are used instead. While these don’t always take the best photos, there are things you can do to make a higher quality video. Lighting
Lighting is one of the biggest issues people have when shooting home videos of any type. When it comes to a sex tape, it is no different. The more light the better, just make sure it isn’t pointing at the camera, otherwise some parts of your video could be washed out.
Editing software
You may think that you don’t need to edit these videos, however, editing can make a huge difference in the way your videos look. For instance, if one scene is a little too dark, you can adjust the contrast. If things are a little blurry, you can sharpen them to get a clearer picture. Basically, use some of those Photoshop skills to make your videos better.
Decide on angles and positions
Before filming you will want to decide what positions you will use and then set camera angles accordingly. Decide whether you want to shoot it from your perspective, your partners, or from across the room as if you were watching the scene.
Use more than one phone
Using a second phone as a back-up can give you a little room for error in angles and lighting. Just makes sure it is placed in a different area of the room, maybe from a different angle. This can also make your film more interesting when you edit it.
Multiple takes
Most people believe that all videos are shot in one take. This isn’t the case. If the professionals can’t pull it off, you probably can’t either. So, shoot your video over multiple sessions, just make sure your background, outfits and hairstyles are the same.
Focus
While making your tape, try to focus on filming and not the sex. As difficult as that might seem, this is the best way to shoot a video. Remember the goal is to make a video here. You can enjoy sex later.
Putting it all together
Once you have everything recorded, it is time to put it all together. This can either be a quick, easy project or one that takes some time. It will depend on how many phones you used to create the video, how many takes there were, and several other factors. Whatever, the case, remember, this is something the two of you did together.
Who knew that making a home sex tape would have so many variables? Just like taking a dozen or so photos of yourself before you find the perfect one, making a video is a process. So, relax, take your time, and don’t forget to have fun with it. Whether you are creating the video for future personal use or to post on a website, the process should at least be enjoyable.
